　　持续不断的“非长”合作不仅让马达加斯加姑娘小米嗅到了商机，也让贝宁青年乔力、索马里青年萨卡等找到了努力的赛道，他们纷纷把公司注册在位于中国(湖南)自由贸易试验区长沙片区的国际青年创业港，选择在长沙给自己“创”一个未来。

　　The continuous cooperation between Africa and Changsha not only gives a Malagasy girl named Xiao Mi a business opportunity, but also helps RICO, a young man from Benin, and ZAKI, a young man from Somalia, find their ways to strive for their goals. They have all registered their companies in the International Youth Entrepreneurship Port, choosing to start a future for themselves in Changsha.

　　为了留住优秀外籍创业人才，将“人力资源”转换成“经贸资源”，湖南自贸区长沙片区为有意向、有资源的优秀应届毕业生发放创业签证，并给予创业指导和帮扶。为了解决国际青年在长沙发展过程中面临的挑战，国际青年创业港还定期举办双选会，搭建企业与人才之间的互动平台。

　　In order to retain outstanding foreign entrepreneurial talents and convert "human resources" into "economic and trade resources", the Changsha Area of China(Hunan)Pilot Free Trade Zone issues entrepreneurship visas to outstanding fresh graduates with intention and resources, and provides them with entrepreneurial guidance and support.
