5000万只/年大功率白光LED封装线项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　LED具有工作电压低、功耗小、色彩丰富、价格低、环境污染少等优点,应用非常广泛，产值年均增长速度达到22%。目前我县已引进1家LED制造企业，总投资达到3亿元，主要从事LED研究和应用产品开发，按照功能配套、产业集群的发展思路，拟引进大功率LED封装项目，形成完整的LED产业链。

　　LED has the advantages like low voltage, low power consumption, color-rich, low price and less environmental pollution, which make it widely used, reaching an average annual output growth rate of 22%. Now, we have introduced an LED manufacturing enterprises with a total investment of RMB 300 million, which is mainly engaged in LED research and application products development. According to the developing thought of function supporting and industrial cluster, we are going to introduce high-power LED packaging projects to form a complete LED industry chain.

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　项目选址射洪县洪城新区，征地50亩，新建一条年产5000万只大功率白光LED封装生产线。

　　The project is located in New Hongcheng Area of Shehong County, covering an area of 3.3 hectare, to build a new high-power white LED packaging production line with the annual output of 50 million.

　　五、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　根据国家半导体照明研发及产业联盟的统计和预测，到2010年，我国半导体照明市场总体规模将达到1000亿元左右，2015年产业规模达到5000亿元以上。LED产业市场需求非常大。国内LED封装技术成熟，甚至达到全球一线企业水平，在同等质量情况下，具有较强的价格优势。目前、LED照明及光源广泛用于国民生产各个领域，到2015年，半导体照明节能产业产值年均增长率在30%左右；产品市场占有率逐年提高，功能性照明达到20%左右，液晶背光源达到50%以上，景观装饰等产品市场占有率达到70%以上。LED将具有广阔的发展空间。

　　According to the statistics and forecast of China Solid State Lighting Alliance, the overall scale of China’s semiconductor lighting market will reach RMB 100 billion by 2010, over RMB 500 billion by 2015. LED industry’s market demand is very large. China’s LED packaging technology is mature, even achieves the world’s leading level, so, it may possess a strong price advantage in the case of equal quality. Today, LED lighting and light sources are widely used in various fields of national production, by 2015, the average annual growth rate of semiconductor lighting energy-saving industry is about 30%; while the market share has gradually increased, functional lighting is up to about 20%, LCD backlight up to 50%, and other products such as landscape decorations takes market share more than 70%. LED will have a broad space for development.

　　可实现销售收入3亿元，税利4500万元。

　　The might-have-been sales revenue and tax-profit are RMB 300 million and RMB 45 million.
