合成氨搬迁技改项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　项目业主四川华润万通燃气股份有限公司是我市的中外合资企业。主要从事城市民用燃气、车用压缩天然气、天然气化工和浅层油气开发。公司旗下的化工分公司位于遂宁市船山区仁里镇，始建于1969年，占地63.28亩，具有合成氨50kt/a（其中商品量：15 kt/a），碳酸氢铵100kt/a的生产能力。

　　The project owner is China Resources Gas Co., Ltd Wantong Branch, a joint venture in Suining City. The company is mainly engaged in urban civil gas, vehicle compressed natural gas, natural gas chemical and shallow oil and gas development. Its chemical division is located in Renli Town, Chuanshan District, Suining City. The division was founded in 1969, covering an area of 4.2 hectare, with the output capacity of ammonia 50kt / a (where the amount of products: 15 kt / a), ammonium bicarbonate 100kt / a.

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　将公司现有合成氨设备技改搬迁，新建年产30万吨复合肥项目。

　　Technical transformation and relocation of existing ammonia equipment, to build a new project with annual output of 300,000 tons of compound fertilizer.

　　三、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　项目选址遂宁市城南工业园区大转湾村附近，紧邻涪江，给排水方便，环境容量大，距四川磷矿石产地金河——清平磷矿约250公里，有公路、铁路运输便利。本公司在遂宁火车站有铁路专用线及货场供项目使用，能解决年8000万方的天然气使用指标。

　　The Project is located near Dazhuanwan Village of South Industrial Park, Suining City, adjacent to Fujiang River, convenient in water supply and drainage. It has a strong environmental capacity, and is 250km away from Qingping Phosphate. There are roads and railways for transportation. The company has special railway in Suining Station and freight yard for the project, can supply the annual 80 million m3 of gas.

　　五、效益分析 Profit Analysis

　　可实现产值6亿元，税利8000万元。

　　The might-have-been annual sales revenue and tax-profit are RMB 0.6 billion and RMB 80 million.
