汽车零部件制造基地

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　遂宁现有汽车配件、整车生产、车身生产等企业10余家，已形成汽车整车生产、零部件制造产业链条。遂宁汽车零部件制造面向成渝汽车市场，为其提供配套服务。为壮大汽车及零部件制造产业，特规划园中园，建立汽车及零部件制造基地。

　　In Suining, there are about 10 enterprises specialized in automobile fittings, complete automobile producing, automobile body producing at present, which has formed a chain of complete automobile producing and components manufacturing. The automobile components manufacturing in Suining is targeted at the automobile markets of Chengdu and Chongqing, aiming to provide a whole set of service. To expand the automobile and components manufacturing, they have specially designed a park-within-park and set up a base for automobile and components manufacturing.

　　二、项目内容 Content

　　在遂宁市创新工业园区规划占地1500亩，以现有汽车及零部件生产企业为依托，同时引进行业内龙头企业，建设年产10万台汽车整车（含低速农用运输机械）及汽车零部件制造，打造西南最大的汽车及汽车零部件生产制造基地，引进30-50户企业入驻。

　　In Suining, the innovative industrial park takes up an area of 100 hectare. It depends on the current automobile and components producing enterprises, introduces in the leading enterprises of the same field at the same time, constructs an industry with an annual production of 100,000 sets of complete automobiles (including low-speed agricultural transporting machines) and automobile components manufacturing, builds the biggest automobile and automobile components manufacturing base in the south-east, and introduces in 30-50 enterprises to settle down here.

　　已完成区域环评、土地报批及部份基础配套设施建设。

　　The regional environment assessment, land declaration assessment and parts of the fundamental mating facilities have been accomplished.   

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　园区现有企业已形成汽车整车生产、零部件制造等较为完善的产业链条，园区基础设施良好，生产资源充足，面向成都、重庆两个特大市场，是发展汽车及配套产业的首选之地。

　　The current enterprises in the park have formed a relatively complete sector chain of complete automobile producing, components manufacturing and so on. The fundamental facilities in the park are in a fine state and there are sufficient producing resources. And the park is targeted at the market of Cheng and Chongqing.

　　遂宁是成渝重要的工业加工生产制造基地，2008年成渝汽车及零部件产值达2400亿元。重庆是我国重要的摩托车、汽车生产基地，有力帆、嘉陵、长安、福特等知名大型生产企业。遂宁以此为依托，有较大的市场空间和竞争力。

　　Suining is an important industrial processing manufacturing base of Chengdu and Chongqing, with an output of RMB 240 billion for automobile and components manufacturing of Chengdu and Chongqing in 2008.Chongqing is an important base for motorcycle and auto mobile producing, owns a group of famous and large enterprises, such as Lifan, Jialing, Chang’an, Ford and so on. Suining bases on this and enjoys a large market space and competition.

　　可实现年产值达40亿元，实现利税2.5亿元。

　　It is able to realize an annual output of RMB 4 billion and profit-tax of RMB 0.25 billion.
