中国西部门业基地二期建设项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　门业具有耗水少、耗能低、污染小、用工多等诸多优点，是蓬溪县重点发展的新兴产业，政府把打造“中国西部门业基地”作为推进工业突破的着力点，出台了项优惠政策，正在集全县之力重点推进。计划到2015年，全县门业生产企业达到100家以上，生产能力达到1500万镗以上，实现销售收入100亿元、利税20亿元。

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　在蓬溪县上游工业园内整体开发3平方公里，引进门业及其配套产业企业，达到年产门1500万镗以上。形成产业结构合理、集群效应、支撑作用和配套能力较强的门业产业体系，建成“中国西部门业基地”。 

　　To develop 3 km2 in the industrial park in the upstream of Pengxi County, introduce the door industry and its supporting industrial enterprises to achieve an annual output of more than15 million. To form the door industry system based on rational industrial structure, clustering effect, strong supporting and supporting capacity, industrial system, building "China’s western door industry base."

　　三、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　用地规划已通过审定，正在制定详规。

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　项目一期工程建设已初具规模。全县已有5家门业企业建成投产，6家即将建成投产，8家即将开工建设，19家设计生产能力达750万镗/年以上，基本形成了以门业为主的产业链条。基地交通区位优势明显，物流成本低廉，水、电、气充足稳定，劳动力资源较充裕，价格低廉，比较优势明显。

　　The first phase of the project has taken shape. The county has five door enterprises put into operation, six come soon, eight soon start construction, and 19 have design and production capacity of 7.5 million / year, to basically form an industrial chain based on door industry. The base is obviously advantaged in transportation and location, low-cost logistics, adequate stable supply of water, electricity, gas, also the labor resources are more plentiful and low in price.

　　六、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　四川省每年对钢、木门的需求量在2000万镗以上，随着四川灾后重建，保障性住房建设等政策的大力落实，预计在3年时间内，将新增200多万套廉租住房、400多万套经济适用房、220多万套棚户区改造，将直接为门业企业的发展提供机遇。同时，随着城乡环境的综合治理，农民新村建设、农村城镇化进程的加快，都将为门业的发展提供巨大商机。

　　1、引进各种门业生产企业入驻基地，可征地自建，也可租用基地标准厂房；
