蓬溪县微电子产业园项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　电子产业是国家重点支持发展的高新技术产业，也是遂宁市重点打造的新兴产业。蓬溪县通过承接产业转移，引进了天缘电子、宝林电子、天仪电子、村野电器、新煜程电子等电子元件生产企业落户投产，主要产品有电子二级管、三极管、电感器、电容器、网卡、电子芯片、小型变压器等产品。建设微电子产业园，形成产业配套和集聚。

　　The electronic industry, as the hi-tech industry of importance nationally supported and developed, is also regarded as a new industry of significance by the Suining city government office. Due to the industry transferring, Pengxi County is able to land a dozen of electronic element manufacturers like Tian Yuan Electronics, Bao Lin Electronics, Tian Yi Electronics, Cun Ye Electrical Appliance, Xin Yu Cheng Electronics and so on. These manufacturers focus on the production of electronic diodes and triodes, induction coils, capacitor, network cards, electronic chips, small-size transformers, etc.. The micro-electronic industrial park is to be built to offer industrial supporting and form industrial agglomeration. 

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　新建电子产业标准化厂房，引进电路、电子元器件及材料、电子节能灯、电子数字产品等电子生产企业，建设微电子产业园。

　　Establish the industrial park by constructing standardized factory buildings to accommodate electronics manufacturers, specializing in circuits, electronic elements and material, energy-saving lamps, electronic digital products and etc..

　　三、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　县政府把电子产业列为全县重点发展的产业，项目选址于上游工业园，目前已建成标准化厂房11600平方米。

　　The county government attaches importance to electronic industry development. The site selected is in the upper industrial park. At present standardized factory buildings of 11,600 m2 have been built.

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　微电子产业园水、电、气、路、通讯等基础设施完善。蓬溪县劳动力资源充裕，高职教育发展较快，能为电子企业定向培养各类专业人才。 

　　The micro-electronics industrial park has perfect facilities such as water, electricity, gas, roadways, communications and etc.. Owe to the rapid-developing professorship education in Pengxi County resulting in rich labor resources, a package of talents is available for the electronics corporations.

　　五、投资预算 Investment Budget

　　总投资5亿元，首期引进电子企业10户。

　　Total investment is RMB 0.5 billion, and the first batch includes 10 electronics corporations.

　　六、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　发达国家加速进行经济结构调整，中国将继续成为世界信息产业转移的重点区域。电子信息产业按年均20%的需求增长，到2010年市场需求将达5.2万亿元以上，2012年将达7.4万亿元以上，电子产品具有广阔的发展前景和市场潜力。

　　Since the economic restructuring is boosted in developed countries, China’s position of significance in worldwide information industrial transferring shall continue. The electronics and information industry increases annually by 20%. By 2010 the whole market value shall be as much as RMB 5200 billion plus, and by 2012 shall be RMB 7400 billion plus. Thus, electronic products have a great development prospect and incredible market potential.

　　七、效益预测 Profit Forecast

　　可实现销售收入10亿元、税利1.2亿元。

　　The might-have-been sales revenue and tax-profit are RMB 1 billion and RMB 0.12 billion.

　　八、合作方式 Cooperative Mode

　　1、引进微电子及其配套企业入驻园区，可征地自建厂房，也可租用园区标准厂房；

　　Introduce the micro-electronics corporations and their supporting industries into the industrial park and they can build their own factory building or rent the standardized factory building provided in the industrial park. 

　　2、诚招工业厂房开发商，与园区共建标准厂房；

　　Introduce factory building developers to built standardized factory building together with the industrial park owner.

　　3、诚招基础设施投资者，以BT模式与园区合作。

　　Introduce investors for infrastructures, by the BT mode cooperation.
