　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　亚氨基二乙腈主要应用于农药行业,是除草剂草甘磷的重要中间体,应用广泛。项目依托洪达家鑫化工有限公司生产合成氨的公用设备，引进合资者建设年产2万吨亚氨基二乙腈项目，实现产业升级。

　　Iminodiacetonitrile is mainly used in pesticide industry. It’s an important intermediate of herbicide glyphosate and widely used. The project relying on the synthetic ammonia utility plant of Hong Da Jiaxin Chemical Co., Ltd, introduces joint ventures to build a new production line with annual capacity of 20,000 tons iminodiacetonitrile project, to achieve industrial upgrading.

　　征地50亩，新建年产2万吨亚氨基二乙腈生产线。

　　To build a new production line with annual output of 20,000 tons iminodiacetonitrile covering 3.3 hectare.

　　三、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　已完成项目选址和可研。

　　Site selection and feasility research have been completed.

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　中石油四川天然气ф750北干线途经项目地，建有配气站和企业专用输气管线，日供气量20万方。项目可利用公司8.5万吨合成氨公用设施，实现资源共享，投资省。项目地紧临绵渝高速公路和即将建设的绵渝高速铁路，交通便捷。

　　ф750 north main gas pipeline of CNPC Sichuan passes through the site, which can supply daily gas volume of 200,000m3 supported with the gas distribution station and the company’s private gas pipeline. The project can make use of the company’s 85,000 tons of synthetic ammonia plant to reach resources sharing and low investment. The site is close to Mianyang-Chongqing Expressway and the coming Mianyang-Chongqing High-speed Railway.

　　草甘磷在农药应用上具有高效、低毒和普适性，在5至8年内将是草甘磷市场的黄金时代，预计全球需求量2010年将达50万吨，需求巨大。

　　Glyphosate features in high efficiency, low toxicity and ubiquity applied in pesticide. It will be the golden time of glyphosate in 5 to 8 years. The global demand is estimated to reach 500 thousand tons in 2010.
