四川富士电机增资扩股项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　四川富士电机有限公司是专门从事汽车刮水器总成、冷凝器风扇总成、水箱风扇总成和玻璃升降器(含电动)总成等产品的规模企业，是深圳比亚迪、重庆长安、长安福特、上汽通用五菱、江铃控股等汽车制造企业的供应商。公司拟通过股权转让方式，引进战略合作者，提高企业科技含量，扩大产能，建成西部地区最大的汽车电机总成生产企业。

　　Sichuan Fuji Electric Motor Co., Ltd. is an enterprise with a certain scale specializes in the producing of automobile wiper assembly, condenser fan assembly, water tank assembly and glass lifter (including the electric one) assembly. It is the supplier of such automobile manufacturing enterprises as BYD in Shenzhen, Chang’an in Chongqing, Ford of Chang’an, LZW of Shanghai GM, and JMC Holdings and so on. The company intends to introduce in the strategic cooperators, raise the scientific scale, and extend the output capability by means of transforming the shareholding, aiming to construct the largest producing enterprise of automobile engine assembly in south-west.   

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　利用公司现有的2万平方米厂房，引进高速冲床、滚丝机、动平衡机等关键设备，形成年产刮水器总成200万个、冷凝器水箱风扇总成150万个、玻璃升降器(含电动)总成100万个的生产能力，新建研发中心。

　　Making use of the current factory of 20,000 m2 and introducing in the key facilities such as high speed punch, thread roller, dynamic balance machine and so on, the company has turned into a newly set RD center with an annual output of 2 million wiper assembly, 1.5 million, condenser fan assembly and 1 million glass lifter (including the electric one) assembly.

　　It has accomplished the project position selection and the scientific research.

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　公司与长安集团、上汽通用五菱、江铃控股、比亚迪等下游企业形成了紧密的合作关系。项目地基础设施完善，水电气供应充足，交通便捷，紧临绵渝高速公路出口，是发展机械加工产业的理想之地。

　　The company has developed a tight cooperation relationship with some downstream enterprises such as Chang’an, LZW of Shanghai GM, and JMC Holdings, BYD and so on. At the project site, there are perfect infrastructures; sufficient supply of water, electricity, gas; andconvenient transportation close to high-way exit of Minyang and Chongqing. It is the ideal pkace to develop machine processing industry.

　　六、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　我国内汽车销量以年均15%左右的速度迅速增长，到2010年将爬升到1000万辆，形成了庞大的汽车配件市场。项目面向成渝两地汽车整车及配件制造业。重庆拥有长安(长安福特、长安铃木)、庆铃、红岩、宇通、力帆、迪马等汽车品牌，到2010年，产能将达到150万辆。四川成都现有一汽丰田、吉利汽车集团、一汽大众等知名企业投资，到2012年，预计形成560亿元的配套规模。

　　The sales of automobiles in China is rising at a speed of about 15% annually and will roar to 10 million sets by 2010, forming a huge automobile assembly market. This project targets at the complete automobile and assembly manufacturing industry in Chengdu and Chongqing. Chongqing owns the brands of Chang’an (Chang’an Ford, Chang’an Suzuki), Qingling, Hongyan, Yutong, Lifan, Dima and so on. By 2010, the output campability will reach 1.5 million sets. Sichuan now enjoys the investment of such famous enterprises as Toyota, Geely Auto, Volkswagon etc. and will form a whole set scale of RMB 56 billon by2012.

　　可实现年销售收入2.4亿元，税利5000万元。 

　　It is able to realize an annual revenue of RMB 0.24 billion and profit-tax of RMB 50 million.

　　引进行业龙头企业、下游企业共建，参股、控股均可。

　　Introduce in the leading enterprises of the same field and construct together with those downstream enterprises by means of either share joining or shareholding.
