蓬溪县石马古寨农业体验观光园项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　项目位于蓬溪县高坪镇，地处川中地区最大黑松林核心区，地理位置较高，大部分土壤偏黄色，含大量细卵石，经省农科所化验，属微酸性土壤，是香叶尖茶叶产业的理想之地。同时也是三国时期的古战场遗址，景区脚下是水资源丰富的涪江、生态良好的植被、保护林区、自然资源好。

　　The project lies at Gaoping Town, Pengxi County, center region of the biggest blank pine wood of middle Sichuan. The geographic location is a little high. Most of the earth is brown, with a large number of pebbles, and is identified as mild acid earth by the provincial agriculture and science office, so it’s the ideal place for fragrant acutifoliate tea industry. At the same time, it’s also the ancient battlefield relics of the Three Kingdoms, at the foot of which are the water resourceful Fujiang, plant cover of fine ecology, protection forests and fine natural resources.

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　建农业种植园区（茶叶、柑桔、苹果、黄桃、柠檬、油桐等）；体验农业园区（以水稻、小麦、玉米、红苕为主）；大规模养殖场（当地野山鸡、鸭子、鹅、名贵鱼）；休闲度假区（茶楼、餐饮、住宿、健身、休闲、陶吧）。

　　Construct an agricultural plantation (tea, orange, apple, peach, lemon and tung tree): experience the agricultural park (major in rice wheat, corn and potato); large scale farm (local wild chicken, duck, goose, precious fish); relaxation vocation zone ( tea house, catering, relaxation, pottery house).

　　三、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　完成了项目总体规划，报批土地217亩，完成了部分基础设施建设及苗木栽植等工作。

　　They have implement the overall project planning, reported and get approval of 14.5 hectare land and accomplished part of the work of infrastructure construction and planting of seeding plant. 

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　石马寨农业体验观光园地处遂宁市蓬溪县的高坪镇。紧邻遂宁市过军渡电航工程和金桥工业港，紧靠遂绵（渝）高速的出口，距遂宁市区约10公里，交通方便快捷。

　　Shimazhai Agricultural Experiencing and Sightseeing Garden locates at Gaoping Town, Pengxi County, Suining City. It is a close neighbor to the Guojundu electricity-aviation project and the Jinqiao industrial port, next to the exit of Suining-Mianyang (Chongqing) high way, only 10km from Suining urban area, as a result, the transportation is very convenient.

　　项目地处于山中峡谷区，地形起伏大。以自然原生态植物景观为特色，集农业史参观浏览、现代农业展示、体验农业、娱乐、健身等功能为一体，具有浓郁知识性、趣味性、参与性乡村旅游特征的综合性农业观光园区。紧临遂宁城区，辐射成渝两个大城市，市场潜力巨大。 

　　The project locates at the mountainous valley region where the terrain changes greatly; features in natural ecologic plant scene; and integrates the agriculture history view and browse, modern agriculture display, agriculture experience, entertainment and body-building. It is an integrated agriculture sightseeing park with knowlegeful, interesting and anticipatable countryside travel. 

　　七、效益分析 Profit Analysis

　　景区建成后，与遂宁大英死海、观音故里等旅游景区结成联营，按年接待游客按50万人次，人均消费100元，计算年收入可达5000万元 

　　After the construction, it will cooperate with travel scenic spots as Daying Dead Sea in Suining and Kwan-yin’Hometown. The average consumption per person will be RMB 100 counted basing on the annual customers reception of 500,000 persons, then the annual revenue will be RMB 50 million.
