　　随着新能源汽车的推广和逐步普及，动力锂电池以其安全、环保、容量大、寿命长等特点，迅速成为新一代动力电池。项目依托四川天齐锂业股份有限公司，公司是世界第四、国内第一的碳酸锂生产企业，通过引进磷酸铁锂正极材料项目，逐步延伸锂电新能源产业链，形成产业集群。

　　With the promotion of new energy vehicles and its gradual popularization, lithium battery quickly becomes a new generation of power battery due to its safety, environmental protection, large capacity, long life and other features. The project relying on Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Industries, Inc. — the No.1 lithium carbonate production enterprise in China and the fourth in the world, through the introduction of lithium iron phosphate anode projects, gradually extend the new energy industry chain of lithium, to form industrial clusters.

　　选址射洪县洪城新区，征地50亩，新建年产2000吨磷酸铁锂正极材料生产线。

　　To select the New Hongcheng District of Shehong County and occupy about 33 hectare land to build a new production line with annual output of 2,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode.

　　项目地紧邻天齐锂业公司，原料运输便捷。园区基础设施完善，水电气供应充足，交通便捷，地处绵渝高速公路出口。碳酸锂是生产磷酸铁锂正极材料的最重要原料，四川天齐锂业公司年产碳酸锂7000吨，占国内市场份额的40%， 2010年将达1.5万吨，形成国内碳酸锂的最大生产基地。国家对生产以磷酸铁锂正极材料为主的锂电新能源汽车有专项的补助政策。

　　The project is close to Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Industries Inc., convenient in transportation of raw materials. Infrastructures in the park are improved, with an adequate supply of water, electric power, also transportation is convenient for the near exit of Mianyang-Chongqing Expressway. Lithium carbonate is the most important raw material in production of lithium iron phosphate cathode. Tianqi Lithium has an annual output of Lithium carbonate 7,000 tons, accounting for 40% of the domestic market share, in 2010 it will reach 15,000 tons, to form China’s largest producer of lithium carbonate. P. R. China has special subsidy policy on lithium-based power vehicles mainly using lithium iron phosphate cathode material.

　　2009年全球磷酸铁锂电池市场销售量为280亿元，磷酸铁锂的需求量达到 6 万吨，国内生产厂家不多，目前已有天津斯特兰、北大先行、比亚迪、湖南杉杉新材料等8家进入工业化批量生产，国内价格比进口价每吨低15万元以上，具有很强的竞争优势。四川天齐锂业股份有限公司是国内最大的碳酸锂生产企业，项目原料有保障，引进磷酸铁锂电池生产技术，实现资源与技术的强强联合，将形成市场核心竞争力。

　　2009, the worldwide sales of lithium iron phosphate battery reached RMB 28 billion, while the demand for lithium iron phosphate reaching 60,000 tons. There are not many manufacturers in China, and now 8 enterprise start mass production, like Tianjin STL Energy Technology Co., Ltd, Pulead Technology Industry Co., Ltd, BYD Company Limited, Hunan Shanshan Advanced Material Co., Ltd etc. The domestic price are lower at least RMB 150,000 per ton than the import price, leading a strong competitive advantage. Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Industry is the largest manufacturer of lithium carbonate, with adequate raw materials, to realize the powerful combination of resource and technology through the introduction of lithium iron phosphate battery production technology, these will form the core competitiveness of the market.
