　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　三聚氰胺是一种重要的有机化工原料，由于其显著的热稳定性和阻燃性，广泛应用于涂料、模塑料、层压板、粘合剂、织物处理剂、水泥减水剂、高档餐具、阻燃剂等领域，具有广阔发展前景。项目业主四川美青氰胺有限公司现有一套年产1.5万吨三聚氰胺装置，已投资近8亿元建成20万吨合成氨联产30万吨尿素生产线，为项目提供原料保障。拟引入合作伙伴，扩建年产10万吨三聚氰胺生产线。

　　Melamine is an important organic chemical raw material, due to its remarkable thermal stability and flame retardant, widely used in fields such as paint, mold plastics, laminates, adhesives, textile treatment agent, cement super plasticizer, high-grade cutlery, fire-retardant agent, and has broad prospects for development. Project owner Sichuan Meiqing Cyanamide Co., Ltd. has an existing plant with annual output of 15,000 tons of melamine, has invested nearly 800 million to develop the production line of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 300,000 tons of urea to supply raw materials for the project. It introduces partners to expand the production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons of melamine.

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　选址射洪县美丰工业城，征地50亩，采用清大华业气相淬冷工艺，新建一套年产8.5万吨三聚氰胺装置，达到年产10万吨三聚氰胺

　　The project is located in Meifeng Industrial Park in Shehong County, with an area of 3.3 hectare, using Qingda Huaye gas-phase quenching technology, to build a new plant with annual output of 85,000 tons of melamine, to reach an annual output of 100,000 tons of melamine

　　已完成项目选址和可研。

　　Site selection and feasibility study have been completed.

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　项目地紧邻20万吨合成氨联产30万吨尿素项目，可以减少部分生产和运输环节，实现联动生产。工业城水电气供应充足，园区基础设施完善，建有专门的配气站、变电站，消防站等设施。

　　The project is close to the production line of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 300,000 tons of urea. It can reduce part of the production and transport to achieve joint production. The park has adequate supply of water and electricity; the infrastructures are improved, supported by dedicated gas distribution stations, transformer substations, fire stations and other facilities.

　　六、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　全球三聚氰胺总产量约为200万吨。我国三聚氰胺合计产能不足50万吨/年，大部分企业产能小，产量低，生产技术落后，市场竞争力小，将逐步被淘汰。2009年三聚氰胺产销逐渐保持平稳，随着经济的进一步复苏，下游产业的不断延伸，三聚氰胺的需求将大幅度增加。
