开发区微电子产业园二期建设项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　遂宁经济开发区通过承接沿海产业转移，建设了微电子产业园一期，已引入微电子企业150多家，现有金湾电子、威纳尔特种材料、大雁微电子、立泰电子等一大批企业投产达效，形成了从电子材料、框架、模具、元器件、封装、节能灯为主的完整产业链条,为延伸上下游产业链，为全市电子企业生产提供各种配套，特建微电子产业园二期。

　　Owe to its accommodation for the industries transferred from the coastal cities, Suining has completed the phase-1 micro-electronic industrial park in its economic development zone. More than 150 corporations such as Jinwan Electronic, Weiertena special materials, Dayan micro-electronics, Litai electronic etc., have been introduced to form a complete industrial chain mainly involving electronic materials, framework, dies, components, encapsulation and energy-saving lamps, which can support the electronics corporations. The phase-2 micro-electronics industrial park is planned to build for extending upper and lower industrial chain and offering all sorts of supports for electronic enterprises. 

　　二、建设内容 Content

　　规划占地600亩，建微电子产业园二期，拟建标准厂房及各类配套设置10万平方米，承接半导体元器件、精密冲压零件、磁性传感器、电子材料等微电子生产企业80户入驻。

　　The planned land for the phase-2 micro-electronic industrial park occupies an area of 40 hectare, standardized factory buildings and all sorts of supporting facilities 100,000 m2, to accommodate 80 electronic manufacturers devoted to semiconductor components and devices, fine blanking parts, magnetic sensors, electronic materials etc..

　　三、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　完成选址、土地征用、可研等，已建成2万平方米标准厂房。

　　Finish the site selection, land expropriation, feasible research report etc., and the established standardized factory buildings of 20,000 m2.

　　四、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　遂宁市具备承接电子产业转移的优越条件。周边城市成都、重庆等提供了电子元器件强大的消费市场。开发区规划建设3平方公里的电子产业园，交通十分便捷，道路、水、电、气、通信、员工倒班房、食堂等各种基础设施完备，已建成标准厂房及各类配套设施15万多平方米。

　　Suining city is a qualified accommodator for the electronic industry transferred. The neighboring cities like Chengdu, Chongqing are huge consumer markets for electronic elements. The electronic industrial park in the development zone is planned to take an area of 3 km2 and has facilities in transportation and infrastructure like roadway, water, electricity, gas, communication, shift house for staff, canteen etc., more than 150,000 m2 standardized factory buildings and various supporting facilities are erected.

　　微电子产业属高新技术产业，近期国内市场需求旺盛，国际市场开始回暖，电子产品市场需求量巨大，市场前景广阔。

　　Belonging to the hi-tech industry, micro-electronic products are in great demand in China, and the international market starts recovering. Thus, the electronic products see a huge market demand and a bright market prospect.

　　七、效益预测 Profit Forecast

　　可实现年产值100亿元，利税10亿元。

　　The might-have-been annual production value and tax-profit are RMB 10 billion and RMB 1 billion.

　　八、合作方式 Cooperative Mode 

　　1、引入微电子行业龙头企业及相关配套企业，可征地自建厂房，也可租用园区厂房。

　　Introduce the dominating micro-electronics corporations and their supporters into the industrial park and they can build their own factory buildings or rent the standardized factory buildings provided in the industrial park. 

　　2、引入工业地产开发商，与园区合资修建标准厂房；

　　Introduce plant house developers to built standardized factory buildings together with the industrial park owner.

　　3、引入基础设施投资者，以BT模式合作。

　　Introduce investors for infrastructures, by the BT mode cooperation.
