盐卤资源深加工产业链项目

　　一、项目背景 Project Background

　　遂宁盐卤资源丰富，探明储量为200亿吨，项目依托四川久大蓬莱盐化有限公司对盐卤资源进行深加工，做长做大盐化工产业链。公司是全国首批食盐定点生产企业，集矿山采卤、天然气开发、热力发电、真空制盐、盐化工为一体的资源综合利用型企业。

　　Suining is rich in bittern, with the proven reserves of 20 billion tons. The project is to deep process bittern relying on Sichuan 9D Salt Corporation, deep processing, to form a long chain of salt chemical industry. The company is one of the first fixed-point salt production enterprises, a comprehensive utilization of resources-oriented enterprises integrating brine extraction in mine, natural gas development, thermal power generation, vacuum salt, and salt chemical.

　　二、项目内容 Content

　　占地1000亩，新建90万吨/年真空制盐、电石法制20 万吨/年PVC、 16 万吨/年烧碱，配置3×220t/h高温压循环流化床锅炉（9.8MPa，540℃）及一套50MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组和一套25MW抽汽轮油机组及年产60万吨水泥等配套项目。

　　Covering an area of 66.7 hectare, the project is to build a new 900,000 tons / year vacuum salt production line, 200,000 tons/ year of calcium carbide PVC, 160 thousand tons / year of caustic soda, supported with a 3 × 220 t/h high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler (9.8MPa, 540 ℃ ) and a set of 50MW extraction condensing turbine-generator unit and a set of 25MW steam turbine oil pumping unit and the project with an annual output of 600,000 tons of cement.

　　三、建设条件 Building Conditions

　　项目地紧靠达成铁路货运站，距成南高速公路出口仅5km。由四川久大蓬莱盐化有限公司的年产90万真空制盐、50万吨液体盐、10万吨品种盐为原料保障，采用电石法（四川沐川县年供30万吨电石），热电联产工艺，实现盐碱、热电高效率联产联供。

　　The project is close to the freight station of Dazhou-Chengdu Railway, only 5km away from the exit of Chengdu-Nanchong Highway. Depending on Sichuan 9D Salt Corporation’s annual output of 900,000 vacuum salt, 500,000 million tons of liquid salt, 100,000 tons of salt as the raw materials, using calcium carbide method (Muchuan County of Sichuan supplies annual 300,000 tons of calcium carbide), hot heating and power technology, to achieve high-efficiency co-generation of salt and thermal power.

　　五、前期工作 Preparatory Work

　　由中国化学工程学院第八研究所完成可行性研究报告，通过省经委备案，四川省环保局和国家环保总局的审批，用地1000亩已获省政府批准，整理完备，具备开工条件。

　　China Chemical Engineering College 8thInstitute has finished the feasibility study report. As Sichuan Provincial Economic Commission putting on record, Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau and Ministry of P.R. China approving, the site covering an area of 67 hectare acres has got the approval from the Provincial People’s Government. The project can start.

　　七、市场分析 Market Analysis

　　烧碱是基本化工原料，在国民经济中得到广泛应用。我国烧碱消费量持续增长，聚氯乙烯在塑料行业中占有重要地位，未来几年里我国聚氯乙烯生产能力仍将不能满足需求的日益增长，缺口巨大，市场前景广阔。

　　Caustic soda is the basic chemical raw material, widely used in national economy. China’s consumption of caustic soda continued to grow. Polyvinyl chloride occupies an important position in the plastics industry, in next few years, China’s polyvinyl chloride production capacity will not meet the growing demands, the market prospect is broad.

　　可实现年均销售收入20亿元，税利2亿元。

　　The might-have-been annual sales revenue and tax-profit are RMB 2 billion and RMB 0.2 billion.
